I went with this fellow up the big flight of stairs opposite and up the hill from the Hotel Tjampuhan to Penestanan (pronounced "Pennistahnan") on a rice paddy trek. I think his name was Nyoman Cuastana, but my notebook is a little ambiguous on this point. Bali
